Art Nouveau Figural Maiden Ring in 18K Yellow Gold

This fabulous ring hails from the uniquely ornamental and romantic Art Nouveau period. Created in rich 18K yellow gold and exhibiting a lovely sculpted figural bust of an Art Nouveau maiden. She is characteristically portrayed with long flowing hair appointed with a diamond embellished headpiece, a draped bodice, and a bejeweled necklace. The lavish necklace, comprised of precious gems, includes two diamonds, two emeralds, and an oval ruby pendant. The center of her bodice culminates in a lovely pear-shaped aquamarine flanked by two larger rose-cut diamonds. Overall there are 14 glittering rose-cut diamonds with a combined 0.05 total carat weight. The maiden is skillfully engraved in beautiful detail, from her flowing hair and garments to her sweet facial expression and downcast eyes. Further engraving details and beadwork extend into the shoulders of the ring.

This alluring Art Nouveau period ring is currently a size 5.75 and can be resized to suit.
