French Hour Repeater Carriage Clock

This French carriage clock has an unusual gilt brass serpentine case. It also features six fluted columns and all-around beveled glass panels. The name John Harrison, 12 May 1900 is engraved on the bottom in back of the case.

The white porcelain dial features blue Roman numeral hours and gold tone dot half hour markers.

The clock has an eight day gong strike repeater movement. Aside from striking on the hour, pushing a button on top of the clock triggers a strike at any time, especially useful at night.

The clock comes with a one year warranty.
