Austrian Miniature Gilt Brass and Porcelain Portico Clock

This rare Austrian miniature portico clock has a gilt brass and cobalt blue porcelain framework. Hand painted figures adorn the base, columns and dome. Additionally, gilt brass floral and foliate inlays appear all around the case.

The cream color porcelain dial has Roman numerals and a gilt brass bezel.

The brass movement casing also features fine engraving. Lenzkirch of Germany made the eight day timepiece movement.
