English Miniature Ebonized Bracket Clock

Standing at 10.5″ high, this wonderful English miniature bracket clock is charming in style and size. Encased in striking ebony wood, gilt ormolu castings embellish the clock on all sides. Elaborate palm frond medallions adorn the sides and back of the clock, while scrolling vines frame the face, back, and top beautifully. Finally, an urn-shaped finial surmounts the case in a lovely flourish.

In lovely contrast to the case’s rich color, the clock face features an engraved silvered dial and decorative dial mask. The time displays upon Roman numerals with finely pierced blued steel hands.

A completely restored 8-day timepiece  movement powers this clock which bears a one-year warranty,
