French Time and Weather Cartel Clock

This decorative French cartel clock also encompasses a barometer and thermometer. As a result, a quick glance can provide a snapshot of both time and weather in a very pleasant way. This is because the lovely case features a floral and foliate motif and is fabricated in an eye catching gilt cast iron.

The clock dial is porcelain with Roman numerals. The thermometer sits on a silvered background. The aneroid barometer identifies the retailer as J. J. Wainwright and Co. of Birmingham.

A fully restored two train eight day movement strikes on a bell every hour and half hour.  All functions of these time and weather devices come with a one year warranty.
