French Time and Weather Wall Clock

This finely carved walnut French wall clock, by Japy Freres, also features a thermometer and barometer set into the case. The case features foliate carvings and engravings. It also has two downward facing finials beneath a pair of twin half-columns.

The dial face has porcelain cartouche Roman numerals. The thermometer displays temperatures in centigrade and the aneroid barometer has French weather terms.

The eight day clock movement strikes on a tuned rod on the hour and half hour. It comes with a one year warranty.
