The time displays on a silvered and engraved brass dial with stylized Arabic numerals and elaborate pierced hands.
Further, the lower door conceals a Symphonion 12″ disc music box with double-comb sublime harmony movement that emits a lovely, rich sound. The music box can be set to play at the hour, or simply at will. This rare Symphonion wall clock is a delightful treasure of skilled craftsmanship, musical harmony, and horology.
