American Howard Pocket Watch Conversion Wristwatch

This handsome wristwatch was originally a pocket watch dating to 1925 and was expertly crafted by the E. Howard Watch Co. of the Boston area. Custom-designed lugs were fitted to the stainless steel exhibition-back case extending its use and practicality. It is powered by a 19 jewel manual wind movement. The time displays on the original silvered dial embellished with bold Art Nouveau numerals, blued steel spade and whip hands, and a seconds subsidiary dial.

The Howard Watch Company was famous for producing unique, high-grade watch movements that were also rugged and dependable. Howard is the only American watch company that produced some timepieces rivaling the rigorous standards of the distinguished Geneva Seal awarded to watches made in Geneva, Switzerland by a select few watch companies.

This distinctive timepiece bears a full restoration and an 18-month warranty.
