14K Yellow Gold and Emerald Pill Box

Stamped with the makers mark of R B CO of Massachusetts. This 14 karat yellow gold pill box is delicately carved with garlands, bows, flowers, and various other patterns. A lid set with a staggering 15.54 carat carved round emerald gives this box a luxurious flair. This opulent box is a beautiful example of early 20th century craftsmanship.
