French Bell Form Mantel Clock

This unusual  bell shaped mantel clock is elaborately cast in bronze. A Latin prayer encircles the bell and religious symbols are also present on the clock. The clock sits on four feet shaped like winged lions further adding to the religious symbolism. Winged lions represent St. Mark the apostle.

The clock dial is also cast in bronze and features porcelain cartouche Roman numerals.

A fully restored two train eight day movement strikes on a gong on the hour and half hour. The clock comes with a one year warranty.
