Waltham American Ladies 14K Yellow Gold Transitional Ladies Wristwatch
This is a rare early model of a Waltham ladies Maximus transitional wristwatch. Note that the 24 mm watch case more closely resembles a small stand-alone pendant watch.
Among the earliest of ladies wristwatches, this lovely example combines a high quality movement with an engraved case and expanding bracelet made in 14 kt yellow gold with blue and white enamel inlays.
A cream colored porcelain dial features Arabic numerals.
The movement has 17 jewels and comes with an 18 month warranty.
