French Unusual Giant Carriage Clock
This handsome French carriage clock has a number of very appealing characteristics. To begin, the two-tone brass and silvered case is an unusually large size. The case is also nicely appointed with architectural detail in the silvered columns, gallery, decorative panel, and beading. Further, the hand painted and silvered dial has an artistic central brass flower surrounded by stylized Arabic numerals; and the dial is signed “Edward & Sons, Paris”. Adding to the desirability of this carriage clock is the 8-day movement with a hammer striking a coil gong on the hour and half hour.
Finally, this clock is restored and comes with a one year warranty.
