French Miniature Early Carriage Clock in Gorge Case

This miniature French carriage clock is a lovely example of high quality craftsmanship from the mid 1800’s.  This is evident by the molded Gorge case, and the elaborate floral and foliate motif engraving on the entire case and dial mask as well.

In addition, the movement employs an 8-day bell strike, which marks the hour, half hour, alarm, and repeat at will.  The hand painted porcelain face has Roman numerals and Breguet style blued steel hands.

This charming miniature carriage clock is restored and also comes with a one year warranty.
