This Columbia tabletop Graphophone model phonograph features a handsome quarter sawn oak cabinet. The Columbia logo appears on the front. The polished nickel plated horn has a flower shape design.

The Graphophone has a spring wind movement and plays 78 rpm records. Six records also come with the phonograph.
