American Elgin Gold Pocket Watch Converted to Wrist Watch

This timepiece, meant to be worn on the right wrist, has been converted from a pocket watch that was hand made by the iconic Elgin Watch Company. The 21 jewel, high-grade movement is housed in a 14K white and yellow gold case with a unique engraved dial, featuring Art Deco Arabic numerals, pierced hands and a seconds dial. Circa 1920.
