Austrian Floor Standing Vienna Regulator by Marenzeller
Vienna Regulators typically hang on a wall. A floor model regulator represents a more unusual version of this genre of clocks. A further important distinctive feature is that this clock runs for a full year on one winding. Additionally, it is a precision time keeper.
The early transitional case features both burl and black walnut with carved details. A prominent glass front as well as glass side panels complete the case. A large one piece white porcelain dial features Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial. The clock maker Marenzeller is imprinted on the dial as well.
This floor regulator does not chime. It has a single train time keeping movement that has been fully restored. The clock comes with a one year warranty.
