Austrian Vienna Regulator
A beautiful Austrian Vienna regulator wall clock masterfully crafted in richly grained flame mahogany. Very nicely appointed with architectural elements including a broken crest pediment centering a carved finial and flanked by carved scrolls, fluted half-columns with vasiform bases and ionic capitals, various moldings, and a drop pediment.
Keeping the time within is an eight-day duration, three-weight movement with grand sonnerie striking that marks the quarter-hours with a pleasing tone on two gongs. The time displays on a two-piece porcelain dial defined by brass bezels and appointed with Roman numerals and fancy blued steel regulator hands. Further, the dial is signed Franz Lehrner, Sieghartskirmen. This wonderful timepiece also bears a full restoration and a one-year warranty.
