Calibre de Cartier, a watch of  character and presence.  This is the large size 42mm steel case with automatic movement.  Beneath the sapphire crystal the white opaline dial has Roman numeral markers, calendar aperture, and small seconds dial. It also has the unique feature of an exhibition back.
