Cartier Tank Américaine

Introduced in the 1980s, Cartier’s Tank Américaine delivers an extra large and beautifully elongated version of the design house’s timeless classic. Crafted with a slight curvature in the case, the Américaine hugs the wrist creating a flattering shape and graceful silhouette. A total of 98 glittering white diamonds sparkle along the sides of the 18K yellow gold case, bringing glamour to this lovely watch. The timepiece features a silvered guilloché dial, an automatic wind movement with calendar complication, and is water resistant up to 100 feet.

The case measures 45 millimeters long,  by 26.6 millimeters wide, by 0.90 millimeters deep.
