European Bronze Sculpture

This classical patinated bronze sculpture features a young man and woman. He is gently holding her hand and arm and appears to be whispering to her. Perhaps he is courting her. She seems uncertain. It is a scene that has been played out over the ages.

The sculpture sits on a black marble base and is 34″ high x 16″ wide x 12″ deep. It signed J Gautherun.
