German Rare Carved Oak Trumpeter Clock
The impressive carved oak case only hints at the very rare and special nature of this German clock. Crafted by Emilian Wehrle of Furtwangen, the case features decorative carvings from top to bottom. It also has a crenellated top and two side columns.
The dial has a carved design similar to a rose window. Furthermore, it features Roman numerals and decorative bone hands.
Above all, the musical, high grade three train movement stands out as the most distinctive feature of the clock. The clock strikes on the hour followed by music playing on four brass trumpet horns. Simultaneously, two trumpeters appear from the front doors while the hour strikes and the music plays; quite amazing to see and hear.
The clock comes with a one year warranty.
