Italian Bronze Restrike of Art Deco “The Champagne Girl”

Quality bronze restrike of a well-known sculpture by Italian artist, Ferdinando de Luca. Depicting a scantily clad flapper girl holding a champagne glass in her hand and casually relaxing atop a high stool. The bronze of the figure is subtly contrasted by the green of her dress and cloche hat, while the stool has ornamentation in muted colors. Wonderfully evocative and iconic of the free-spirited Art Deco period.
